I expected to resign my Commission but ended up at HMX. Our trailer park was fun with a good bunch of nice folks. I now have a ‘64 MGB- a purchase about as poorly thought out as that first Lotus! Be well. Semper Fi. I had a British racing green '69 Malibu. I remember the MG and the day you got the Lotus...we took a couple of rides. I got out Feb. 4, '72....about the time you got your "Presidential Helicopters" orders. Good memories!Bob Bairnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1290600101568588874.post-36209271538912460422019-03-19T21:34:31.792-04:002019-03-19T21:34:31.792-04:00I do remember Terry Deckard! He also loved cars and ironically had an MG, and a mustang after returning from Vietnam. He was into quarter midget racing and dirt tracks before entering the marines.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06189485469520574921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1290600101568588874.post-25000392601314766952012-01-16T16:15:54.622-05:002012-01-16T16:15:54.622-05:00Yep, Hale you got a great history in fast cars.
